So on this theme, the R.G.P.D. was intended to contribute to the achievement of an area of freedom, security and justice and economic union, to a economic and social progress, to the consolidation and convergence of economies in the internal market and to the well-being of individuals.
The new R.G.P.D. was established throughout the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland on 25 May 2018.

i) the National Data Protection Commission (C.N.P.D.) is the entity responsible for assessing a possible complaint regarding the processing of personal data;
j) withdrawal of consent for the processing of data, as well as the request for access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of treatment must be made to
