The protection of individuals regarding personal data processing is a fundamental right.

The principles and rules on the protection of individuals regarding thier personal data processing shall respect their fundamental rights and freedoms regardless of their nationality or place of residence.
So on this theme, the R.G.P.D. was intended to contribute to the achievement of an area of freedom, security and justice and economic union, to a economic and social progress, to the consolidation and convergence of economies in the internal market and to the well-being of individuals.
The new R.G.P.D. was established throughout the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland on 25 May 2018.
In order to ensure the maintenance of the close partnership between "Memoteka - Mechnical Precision, Lda.", Its Customers, Suppliers and all other interested parties, it is therefore necessary to update the company's data treatment policy.
We ensure a fair, loyal and transparent treatment and with the strictest respect for compliance with the legislation in force.

In order for the processing of personal data to be lawful, it must, among other grounds (where the existence and maintenance of a contractual relationship is emphasized), be made on the basis of the consent of the holder. Consent should therefore be a free, specific, informed and explicit manifestation of their will. Thus, for all due and legal purposes, "Memoteka - Mechnical Precision, Lda." Informs that:

d) does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or to a national or international organization which does not form part of its business group;
e) personal data collected will be used when and for as long as the consent is maintained by the holder, as long as the contractual relationship remains or as long as there is a need to maintain them in order to comply with legal obligations;
f) the holder may request access to their personal data, as well as their rectification, deletion or limitation of treatment;
g) at any time, the holder may withdraw his consent for the processing of data, without however compromising the lawfulness of the treatment already effected on the basis of prior consent;
h) in compliance with legal determination, may be obliged to provide personal data;

i) the National Data Protection Commission (C.N.P.D.) is the entity responsible for assessing a possible complaint regarding the processing of personal data;
j) withdrawal of consent for the processing of data, as well as the request for access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of treatment must be made to geral@memoteka.pt
